Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Royal Mail Tracked:

  • The majority of our items are sent out with the Royal Mail's Tracked service.
  • Upon your item being dispatched, a tracking number will be added to your order, with this you can check your parcels delivery status.
  • Royal Mail Tracked service - delivery takes 2-3 working days(These timescales cannot be guaranteed once the item is with Royal Mail).
  • Anything ordered before 2pm will be sent out that day. 

Royal Mail Express Tracked:

  • Royal Mail Express Tracked service - delivery takes 1-2 working days.
    (These timescales cannot be guaranteed once the item is with Royal Mail)
  • Anything ordered before 2pm will be sent out that day. 
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. 
  • This is only available in the UK (mainland).
  • Upon receiving your parcel, a signature is required. You will therefore need to be present at your delivery address to accept delivery.

Europe and Rest of World:

  • Royal Mail International -€“ Postage times will vary depending on country.
  • Please note - for large orders we may use a courier to deliver the order which will need to you to be present to sign for and accept the delivery.

POSTAGE COSTS:

The shipping costs will vary depending on the country that the goods are being delivered to.

If you add your items to the basket you will be able to get a total price, including shipping costs, before you complete your order. 

RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in the NEW AND UNWORN condition supplied within 30 working days of receipt. The return address is located on the returns slip on the bottom of your invoice. 

Cut out "Returns Reasons" section, tick the reason for the return and whether you require an replacement or  refund, then place this inside the parcel before sending. Finally, cut out the "Returns Address" section (returns address/order details) and place on the outside of the parcel.

We kindly ask you to re-use the outer bag/packaging or similar to return your order to us. If the original packaging (shoe box) has been thrown away or is defaced (writing, tape, etc) this will reduce the retail value of the product for re-sale, therefore if this happens we will only refund you 80% of your good value.
