Shipping & Returns


Royal Mail Tracked:

The majority of our items are sent out with the Royal Mail's Tracked service.

Upon your item being dispatched, a tracking number will be added to your order, with this you can check your parcels delivery status.

This is a 2-3 working day delivery service.

Next Day Tracked:

  • Royal Mail Next Day Tracked service - delivery takes 1-2 working days.
    (These timescales cannot be guaranteed once the item is with Royal Mail)
  • Anything ordered before 2pm will be sent out that day. 
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. 
  • This is only available in the UK (mainland).
  • Upon receiving your parcel, a signature is required. You will therefore need to be present at your delivery address to accept delivery.


Europe and Rest of World:

  • Royal Mail International -€“ Postage times will vary depending on country.
  • Please note - for large orders we may use a courier to deliver the order which will need to you to be present to sign for and accept the delivery.



The shipping costs will vary depending on the country that the goods are being delivered to.

If you add your items to the basket you will be able to get a total price, including shipping costs, before you complete your order.



If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and simply return the item in the condition supplied within 30 working days of receipt.

We are sorry but you will be required to pay for the return postage unless something is faulty or the wrong goods were sent. We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed.



We want you. to love your items as much as we do, so if it does not fit or you've had a change of heart, if it's faulty, or you just don't like it. No problem!

We believe returns should be made easy.

To give you longer to decide about your order, we offer a 30 day returns policy from delivery date on all unused or faulty items.

For orders that are still new and not faulty, you must return the item in it's brand new/unused condition with original packaging. If the item is worn in any way this may affect you getting a refund, we need the item back in a saleable condition.

Also, please do not put labels or adhesive on the original packaging as this may also affect you getting a refund.
