If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in the NEW AND UNWORN condition supplied within 30 working days of receipt. The return address is located on the returns slip on the bottom of your invoice.
Cut out "Returns Reasons" section, tick the reason for the return and whether you require an replacement or refund, then place this inside the parcel before sending. Finally, cut out the "Returns Address" section (returns address/order details) and place on the outside of the parcel.
We kindly ask you to re-use the outer bag/packaging or similar to return your order to us. If the original packaging (shoe box) has been thrown away or is defaced (writing, tape, etc) this will reduce the retail value of the product for re-sale, therefore if this happens we will only refund you 80% of your good value.
The majority of UK orders are sent out with the Royal Mail's Tracked service. Upon your item being dispatched, a tracking number will be added to your order; with this you can check your parcels delivery status.This is a 2-3 working day delivery service. We also use DPD for a majority of international orders.
