Delivery
Shipping & Returns
- Royal Mail Tracked Service (£3.99) - delivery takes 2-3 working days.
- Royal Mail Express Tracked Service (£5.99) - delivery takes 1-2 working days.
- Orders £60+ qualify for Free Standard Tracked Delivery
- Anything ordered before 2pm will be sent out that day.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

What are the postage costs?
The shipping costs will vary depending on the country that the goods are being delivered to. Please see our page Shipping & Returns for more information.
How long will my item take to be delivered?
The majority of UK orders are sent out with the Royal Mail's Tracked service. Upon your item being dispatched, a tracking number will be added to your order; with this you can check your parcels delivery status.This is a 2-3 working day delivery service. We also use DPD for a majority of international orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your item has been processed you should receive a tracking number. The tracking number can be used on the Royal Mail tracking website to find out the delivery status of your item. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Returns & Refunds
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How do I cancel my order?
If you haven’t received an email to say your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we should be able to cancel your order. If the item has already been processed unfortunately there is nothing else we can do, once you receive your order please send the item back to us. Customer Services: 0345 498 9628
What is the returns address?
The returns address will be located on the returns slip on the bottom of your invoice.

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?
Please email us at info@BluntsShoes.com or alternatively call us on 0345 498 9628. Please note we will normally request for a photograph to be provided via email. We would then send you our FREE post address to send your item back.
I have ordered the wrong size what can I do?

How do I search for a specific colour/size or fit?
Our search is the perfect and fastest tool to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. There are two types of search options on our store.
1: Tick Box’s to search for Brand, Size, Colour, Fit, Material, Fastening and Price.
2: Top Menu Bar Search box to search for a specific style.
How can I find a specific product or brand?
If you're searching for a product you'll need to use the search bar at the top of the page. We've also got a full list of the brands we stock which you can browse to see if we've got your favourite.

How does Pay later with Klarna work in the UK?

How does Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments work?

I have a promotion code how do I apply this?
During the checkout process after entering your billing and delivery address you will see a box saying (REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE OR COUPON) please enter your promotional code here and click apply. The relevant discount will then be applied to your grand total shopping chart.
How do I pay for an order using Apple Pay?
We accept Apple Pay as a payment method for selected countries. If Apple Pay is available for your country, you will see this payment option at checkout. You can pay with Apple Pay using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.

You can checkout as a guest but we recommend you create an account.

I have forgotten my password what can I do?
